William D. Bierman provides representation to insurance companies and self insured clients in defense of serious personal injury actions, as well as specializing in representation of community associations such as condominiums, cooperatives and other planned unit developments. Mr. Bierman is on the Board of Directors of a major New York insurance company and has published numerous articles in his areas of expertise.
Mr. Bierman is admitted to practice in New Jersey and before the U.S. District Court of New Jersey and New York and the United States Supreme Court. He is the Executive Director of the Transportation Loss Prevention and Security Association and a member of the Northeastern Motor Carrier Claim Conference, the Transportation Lawyers Association, the Conference of Freight Council and the New Jersey Motor Truck Association.
He is a graduate of Rutgers University (A.B., 1964; J.D., 1967) and New York University (L.L.M., 1970).
