Chechelnitsky joined the firm in 2007.Her practice is devoted to
litigation in commercial, employment and personal injury
matters. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Chechelnitsky practiced
in the area of criminal, immigration and matrimonial law.
Ms.
Chechelnitsky graduated, Magna Cum Laude, from Montclair
State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology in
2001. She earned her law degree from Seton Hall University
School of law, where she was a member Phi Alpha Delta, in 2005.
Following graduation from law school, she served as a Law Clerk
to the Honorable Harold C. Hollenbeck of the Superior Court of
New Jersey, Family Part.
Ms.
Chechelnitsky is licensed to practice in the state of New York
and New Jersey. She is a member of the Bergen County Bar
Association, American Bar Association, Association of Trial
Lawyers of America and American Immigration Lawyers Association.
Ms. Chechelnitsky is fluent in Russian, Ukrainian and Hebrew.
