Linda Dunne is a partner and Department Manager of the
Firm's Environmental Law and Toxic Tort Group. Ms. Dunne represents self-insured and insured companies, corporations and entities in defense of environmental and toxic tort claims. She has substantial experience defending both property damage and personal injury claims.
Ms. Dunne formerly served as law clerk to the Honorable William Harth, Superior Court of New Jersey. She is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association Product Liability and Toxic Tort Committee, the Environmental Law Section, the Defense Research Institute and the New Jersey Defense Association.
Ms. Dunne is a graduate of Rutgers College and received a Juris Doctorate from Nova Law School. She is admitted to practice in New Jersey and before the U.S. District Court of New Jersey.
