Anthony Frese offers broad experience in civil litigation, real
estate and family law. Mr. Frese is a leading authority and
trial practitioner in the area of liquor liability and premise
liability. As a trial attorney he has litigated a wide range of
cases successfully to verdict.
Mr.
Frese was admitted to practice in New Jersey and before the
United States District Court of New Jersey in 1977. He has
acted as a Planning Board Attorney and as a Presiding Municipal
Court Judge as well as a member of Supreme Court District Ethics
Committee.
Mr.
Frese is a lecturer for the Institute of Continuing Legal
Education. He attended Rutgers University, (B.A., 1972) and
Seton Hall University Law School (J.D., 1977).
