Anthony Marchese focuses his practice primarily in the fields of
Real Estate Tax Appeals and Commercial Litigation. He is
admitted to practice law in the state and federal courts of New
Jersey, New York and Connecticut.
Upon
graduation from law school, Anthony Marchese was law clerk to
the Honorable Joseph Riva, J.S.C., Passaic County, Criminal
Division.
After his clerkship, he was litigation/bankruptcy/foreclosure
supervisor for Superior Bank FSB in New York. Thereafter,
Anthony practiced bankruptcy law for Chapter 7 Panel Trustee,
Michael Daly, in Orange, Connecticut, where he represented the
trustee, debtors and creditors in bankruptcy litigation.
Prior to joining Nowell Amoroso Klein Bierman, P.A., Anthony was
a litigation associate at Florio & Kenny, L.L.P. in Hoboken, New
Jersey where he practiced in the areas of Real Estate Tax
Appeals, Civil Rights/Employment Defense Litigation, Criminal
Law, Administrative Law and Appellate Practice.
Anthony received his
J.D. from Western New England College School of Law and his B.A.
in Political Science from Rutgers, where he graduated Phi Beta
Kappa.
