Daniel C. Nowell specializes in representation of clients in environmental, pollution, toxic tort, insurance coverage and general liability litigation. Mr. Nowell is a member of the Defense Research Institute, the Tort and Insurance Practice and the Natural Resources, Energy and Environmental Law Sections of the American Bar Association, the Products Liability and Toxic Tort Committee and Environmental Law Section of the New Jersey State Bar Association and the New Jersey Defense Association.
Mr. Nowell is admitted to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, and before the U.S. District Court, District of New Jersey, the U.S. Court of Appeals, Third Circuit and the United States Supreme Court. Following his judicial clerkship in the Law Division of the Superior Court of New Jersey, he served two and one-half years as an Assistant Prosecutor.
Mr. Nowell lectures widely on toxic tort and environmental issues. He is a graduate of the University of Delaware (B.A., 1977) and Delaware Law School (J.D., 1981). |
