Bradley M. Wilson is partner and senior trial attorney in Nowell Amoroso Klein Bierman's commercial litigation department. As an expert in complex civil and commercial litigation, Mr. Wilson has successfully tried cases in every county and Federal Court in the State of New Jersey, and has tried cases in a number of other states and Federal Courts outside of New Jersey.

Mr. Wilson has completed over one hundred fifty jury trials, in such areas as business litigation, professional liability, construction, contract, insurance law, and state and municipal condemnation matters.

As an appellate practitioner, he has appeared in the Appellate Courts of New Jersey, Vermont and Maine, and in various Federal Courts of Appeal. Mr. Wilson has a number of reported Appellate and Supreme Court opinions in such areas as construction law, foreclosure, consumer fraud and professional liability.

For example, in Mercury Capital Corp. v. Freehold Office Park, Ltd., 363 N.J. Super 235 (Ch 2003), Mr. Wilson persuaded the Court to permit a landowner to recover its property beyond the redemption period. In Kane v. Hartz Mountain Ind., et al., 141 N.J. 96 (1995), Mr. Wilson was involved in the Supreme Court's delineation of a landowners exposure in a construction personal injury claim. In Lingar v. Live in Companions, 300 N.J. Super. 22 (App. Div. 1997), Mr. Wilson successfully insulated individual employers from liability in a consumer fraud claim.

As an experienced commercial lawyer, Mr. Wilson has reviewed, negotiated and litigated contracts on behalf of architects, developers, and large corporations. He was the attorney responsible for preparing, and concluding, the contracts necessary to construct the first casino in Australia.

Mr. Wilson has conducted seminars for various professional groups, associations, and insurance companies in such areas as malpractice, consumer fraud, and trial testimony and practice.

A 1976 graduate of the University of Maine, and a 1979 graduate of the Vermont Law School, Mr. Wilson was admitted to practice in Maine before moving to New Jersey, where he has practiced for more than twenty years. He is a member of the local, state, and national bar associations, and is licensed to practice in the Federal Courts of New Jersey, New York and Maine, and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals.
